Job Responsibilities :

1. Build high performance team to deliver building acquisition and
customer acquisition targets
2. Identification, Negotiation and onboarding of LCO/MSO
3. Training & Onboarding of LCO manpower
4. Ensure implementation of guidelines, policies , training
effectiveness
5. Drive JC teams for target delivery as per plan
6. Drive and ensure customer acquisition target through LCOs as per
target assigned
7. Implement sale enablement programs across geographies and ensure
support of cross function team
8. Monitor the KPIs/ performance metrics and conduct periodic reviews
for performance improvement
Other Requirements:
1. Preferably worked with leading ISP/MSO/Broadcaster
2. Candidates from same state with understanding of geography & Local
language preferred
3. Strong business acumen, team management
4. Proven negotiation skills
5. Ability to collaborate with cross function teams

 

Education Requirement :

Graduate (MBA Preferred)

 

Experience Requirement :

15 – 20 Years
