2. Network expansion plan

4. Plan for coverage leadership
5. Understanding of competitor strategy/expansion plans
6. Suggest corrective measures
6. RAN planning and engineering
7. Coordination for deployment of features, releases, upgrades, eNB
patches

 

Education Requirement :

BE

 

Experience Requirement :

Minimum 10 Years – Maximum 14 Years

 

Skills & Competencies :

1. Network planning
2. PCI planning
2. Model tuning
3. BSS O&M & transmission expertise
4. Knowledge & practice of OSS & RAN tools.
