Trainee Engineer-I – B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc Engineering degree (4 yr course) in relevant discipline with PASS Class.
Trainee Officer-I – MBA(Finance) with Pass Class.
Salary Of BEL Job Vacancy 2026
Trainee Engineer/Officer – I: Rs. 30,000/- per month.
Additional Benefits: Area allowance @ 10% of consolidated remuneration (only for candidates posted to various sites and customer locations). Rs. 12,000/- per year towards insurance premium, attire allowance, stitching charges, footwear allowance, etc.

Note – Selection will be conducted through a Written Test. The test will be of 100 marks with negative marking of 1/4 marks for each wrong response.
Minimum Qualifying Marks:
General/EWS/OBC-NCL: 35%
SC/ST/PwBD: 30%
The selection process will commence at 09:00 AM on 11.01.2026, only for candidates who have pre-registered by 09/01/2026.
