Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree (Minimum 60% Marks) as per post
Relevant Experience Required – 2 to 4 Years depending on post
Higher qualifications like B.Tech / M.Sc without required Diploma – Not eligible
Desirable Skills: CAD, ERP, HVAC, SCADA, Testing Lab Experience, MS Office etc
Salary Of CSL Job Vacancy 2026
W6: ₹41,055 per month
W7: ₹42,773 per month
Scale Range: W6 – ₹22,500 – 73,750 | W7 – ₹23,500 – 77,000
Other Benefits: NPS, PF, Gratuity, Accident Insurance, Medical Scheme, Leave Encashment

Selection Process Of Cochin Shipyard Limited Recruitment
The selection methodology varies by post group:
For Senior Ship Draftsman Posts:
Phase I: Objective Type Online Test (70 Marks)
Phase II: Practical Test in CAD (30 Marks)
For Junior Technical Assistant, Laboratory Assistant, Storekeeper & Assistant Posts:
Part I: Objective Type Online Test (70 Marks)
Part II: Descriptive Type Online Test (30 Marks)
Minimum Qualifying Marks:
UR/EWS: 50% in each test
OBC (for reserved posts): 45% in each test
SC/PwBD (for reserved posts): 40% in each test
