Job Responsibilities
JMD Lead is a frontline people manager role in the JC and act as a
Master Trainer and Coach/JMD Lead would be the Business Manager at JC
and would be the End-to-End Owner of each and every retailer premise
and manage the entire retailer lifecycle/Responsible for onboarding
retailer in the program as per the target scope./Responsible for driving
the overall project at the JC. He will act as a coach to nurture and
handhold them by showcasing the on-boarding process of retailer and
also do retailer visits in market for driving the business.
Education Requirement
Graduation/Post Graduation
Experience Requirement
5 – 7 years
Skills & Competencies
Concept Selling and influencing skills/Relationship management/ attitude
and passion to drive sales/Technology savvy/Familiarity with local
market and ability to relate to local language of Retailer
