- Mandatory qualifications must meet the prevailing standards of the National Medical Commission (NMC).
- Permanent registration of graduate and postgraduate degrees with the Madhya Pradesh Medical Council is required.
- If registered in another state, registration with the MP Medical Council is mandatory before assuming duty.

Fees Of SRVS Recruitment Notification
For original residents of Madhya Pradesh belonging to SC, ST, OBC (non-creamy layer), and PwD categories – ₹ 1500/-
For all other categories and residents from outside Madhya Pradesh – ₹ 2500/-
Note – Application fees must be paid through SBI Collect. The fee must be deposited into the account of the specified medical college in Shivpuri. A photocopy of the payment receipt must be attached to the application.
Age Limit As Per SRVS Notification PDF
