Eligibility As Per AIIMS Hyderabad Vacancy 2025
Medical Superintendent:-
- A medical qualification recognized by the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956, and a postgraduate qualification (MD, MS, M.H.A., or equivalent).
- Experience: Ten years in Hospital Administration in a senior position after obtaining the P.G. Degree, preferably in hospitals with 300 beds.
Superintending Engineer – Employees of Central/State/UT Governments, Universities, Central Statutory/Autonomous Bodies, PSUs, or R&D organizations holding an analogous post.
Nursing Superintendent – Officers of State/Central Government or Statutory/Autonomous Bodies holding analogous posts.
Executive Engineer (Civil) – Requires holding analogous posts on a regular basis, OR 5 years of regular service as an Assistant Engineer (Civil) in grade pay of Rs. 5400/-, OR 7 years of regular service as a Junior Engineer (Civil) in grade pay of Rs. 4600/-.
Administrative Officer – Requires holding analogous posts on a regular basis, OR 2/3 years of regular service in the grade pay of Rs. 4800/- or 4600/- in the relevant field.
Accounts Officer – Requires holding analogous posts on a regular basis, OR 2/3 years of regular service in the relevant field.
Assistant Administrative Officer – A degree from a recognized University or its equivalent is mandatory.
Experience: Candidates must either hold analogous posts on a regular basis or have 5 years of regular service in a relevant field with a grade pay of Rs. 4200/- and possess the essential educational qualification.
Assistant Accounts Officer – Officers from Central/State/U.T. Governments, Universities, Statutory/Autonomous Bodies, or Research and Development Organizations are eligible.
Executive Assistant (N.S.) – Officers working under Central/State/U.T. Governments, Universities, Statutory/Autonomous Bodies, or Research and Development Organizations are considered.
Personal Assistant – Officials from Central/State/UT Governments, Universities, Statutory/Autonomous Bodies, Research and Development Organizations are eligible if they are: Holding analogous posts on a regular basis. Or, have 10 years of regular service in the grade.
Technician (Laboratory) – Officers under the Central/State/U.T. Governments/Universities/Statutory, Autonomous Bodies or Research and Development Organizations.
Upper Division Clerk – Officers under the Central/State/UT Governments/Universities/ Statutory/ Autonomous Bodies/ Research and
Development Organizations:-
i. holding analogous posts on regular basis or
ii. With 8 years regular service in the grade pay of Rs. 1900/- and possessing educational qualification for direct recruitment.

Executive Engineer (Civil) – Level-11, Rs.67700-208700.
Administrative Officer – Level-10, Rs.56100-177500.

Assistant Administrative Officer – Level-7 post as per the 7th CPC (Rs. 44900 – 142400).
Assistant Accounts Officer – Level-7 as per the 7th CPC (Central Pay Commission), with a pay scale of Rs. 44,900 – 1,42,400.
Executive Assistant (N.S.) – Level-6 as per 7th CPC, Rs.35400 – 112400.
