Paytm Jobs Salary in MP
- No Fixed Salary – 100% Commission Based
- Monthly Earning Potential: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 (based on performance)
Roles & Responsibility
- Field Sales Executive.
- Visit shops and merchants in assigned areas.
- Sell and install Paytm EDC Machines & Sound Boxes.
- Onboard new merchants and install QR codes.
- Revisit existing merchants (company data provided).
- Maintain daily sales and activity reports.
Commission Structure
- Paytm EDC Device (₹2,000 – ₹6,000): 80% commission on device cost
- Sound Box (₹500 – ₹1,000): 80% commission on device cost
- Shop Revisit (company data): ₹50 per visit
- New Merchant Onboarding + QR Installation: ₹200 per merchant
