Job Responsibilities :
1.Ensure availability of partners and secondary agents in geography
2.Manage and take reporting from mapped Jio Digital Repair Specialist
3.Co-ordinate with business teams for Air Fiber business
4.Visit General Trade partners.
5.Conduct sample audits for installations.
6.Happy calling to customers for feedback.
7.Ensure quality of partners and partners onboarding.
8.Ensure timely attending surveillance tickets
9.Ensuring timely closure of surveillance tickets
10.Impart training to secondary agents for Ready for Role
11.Hand-hold Fiber engineers
12.Monitor engineer`s productivity.
Education Requirement
Graduation (Science stream preferred)
Experience Requirement
3 to 5 Years
