MP College Admission 2026 – The Higher Education Department of Madhya Pradesh is accepting online applications for undergraduate (UG) courses and postgraduate (PG) courses in government and private colleges. Higher Education Department Madhya Pradesh has provided online facilities for all the stages.
MP UG PG College Admission 2026 – 12th and graduation pass applicants can take admission in many courses like BA / B.Sc. / B.Com. / BBA / MA / M.Sc. / M.Com. / BCA etc. The last date to apply for graduation courses is 20/06/2026.

Online Admission Process
Step 1 – Sign Up / Registration
- Samagra ID is mandatory
Step 2 – Login Form
- You can fill the registration form by completing the login process from your mobile, family’s mobile, laptop, school, college *(application forms will be filled free of cost in government colleges, whereas in the remaining colleges, application will be made by paying the prescribed fee), computer centre or public service centre.
Step 4 – Reservation & Weightage
- Caste certificate is required.
Step 5 – Upload Document
- Birth Certificate
- Marksheet
- Caste certificate (if required)
- Cadre Certificate (if required)
- Domicile Certificate (if required)
- Income certificate (if required)
- Medical certificate (if required)
- Surcharge Certificate (if required)
- No objection certificate (if required)
- EWS certificate (if required)
- Eligibility Certificate (if data is not available)
Step 6 – College Choice Filling
- You can select up to 10 colleges.
Step 7 – Proceed & Lock
- Students should check their entered information.
Step 8 – Make the Registration Form Payment
- You can make payment through Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking.
Step 9 – If data not fetched then send for approval
- If your complete ID and data is found incorrect, the form will be sent for approval.
Step 10 – Approved/Back to Student
- If all details are found to be correct, the registration form will be approved by the Help Center. Otherwise, the Help Center will “Back to Student” the form, and an alert will be sent to the student. The student will then need to log in, check their errors, make the necessary corrections, and resubmit the form.
Step 11 – Allotment
- If you get admission in selected colleges on merit basis, then allotment will be done on this xx/xx/xxxx date.
Step 12 – Fee Submission
- If you get the allotment, you have to pay the fee from xx/xx/xxxx to xx/xx/xxxx.
College Admission Online Form Fees
- Registration fee for first phase is Rs. 150/- (free for all students)
- Registration fee for second and CLC phase is Rs. 150/- (including late fee)
- Portal fee is Rs. 50/- (payable only by students of each phase)
- Registration fee can be paid through online banking, credit card, debit card or UPI.

Document Verification
For admission in Undergraduate (UG) courses, the documents of MP Board, CBSE Board students will be verified from MP Online data. Such students do not need to go to the document verification center. However, students whose documents will not be verified online. They or their parents will have to go to the verification centers for verification.

Essential Instructions for applicants to fill the registration form for online admission in UG courses
1. It is mandatory for the applicants to first register online to participate in the admission process.
2. Before filling the registration form, the applicant should collect the following information of himself such as: roll number mentioned on the mark sheet, year of passing the exam, Date Of birth, mobile number, photo and signature (scanned) and all other necessary information and relevant documents and surcharge certificate to avail the benefit in merit.
3. It is mandatory to upload all the necessary documents. In the absence of documents, the benefit of surcharge will not be available.
4. For registration, applicants are given the following tabs in the registration form: 1. Basic Details , 2. Contact Details (Mobile No.) , 3. Reservation & Weightage , 4. Qualification , 5. Upload Photo & Signature , 6. Upload Document, 7. Print Preview, 8. Proceed & Lock Registration (Pay Registration Fee) 9. Choice Filling.
5. As soon as applicants save Basic Details in registration, OTP will be sent to the Mobile No. registered by them in the form. On verifying the OTP, applicants will receive an Application ID. Applicants have to create their own password, which they should keep safe. Applicant ID will be the login ID of the applicants. Through this, applicants will be able to view/fill the form again.
6. Your form will be considered complete only after filling all the necessary information in the registration form and paying the registration fee. After payment, keep the print of the registration form safely.
7. Errors in the registration form can be corrected until the applicant does not pay the registration fee. After payment, corrections cannot be made by the applicant.
8. Before filling the choice, the applicant should ensure the eligibility of the course / subject as per his choice from the portal. Collect the information of the course / subject and college code, so that choice filling is easy.
9. After the choice filling (choice priority selection of colleges) by the applicants, the choice filling can be locked through the OTP received on the mobile registered at the time of registration. Before locking, the applicants will be able to correct the priority of the colleges themselves. After the choice filling is locked, the applicants will not be able to make any modifications themselves. Amendments can be made only through Help Centre (Government College).
10. Applicant should check the registration form thoroughly and pay the fee only after being satisfied.
11. Applicant’s registration will be considered verified online only if the name, father’s name, Date Of birth, gender and subject group of the mark sheet matches with the data of Madhyamik Shiksha Mandal Bhopal, Central Education Board, Madhya Pradesh State Open Board.
12. All registered applicants will be able to fill their choice for minority and non-minority colleges.

Important questions related to MP College Admission
Q1. How to get login ID on Epravesh Portal?
Ans. Login ID for Government College – Login ID has been provided to all government colleges by the Higher Education Department. All government colleges will create their own login ID to fill the college profile as a college. Non-government colleges will be able to get login ID by providing authorized letter and mobile number by the Principal in their map college.
Q2. In case of new college (government and non-government)?
Ans. In case of new college, contact the Higher Education Department and get the name entered in the list of colleges.
Q3. On which portal to login.
Ans. The Higher Education Department has been organizing the online admission process through MPOnline from the year 2026-26. For all the process related to online admission, login to https://epravesh.mponline.gov.in.
Q4. The course conducted in the college is not in the master list.
Ans. In case the course conducted in the college is not in the list, inform the Higher Education Department by email.
Q5. The master group of the course conducted in the college is not in the list.
Ans. In case the course conducted in the college is not in the list, inform the Higher Education Department by email.

Ans. The list of Madhya Pradesh colleges and related colleges is available on the portal https://epravesh.mponline.gov.in. You can see it on https://epravesh.mponline.gov.in -> College Profile -> Activities.
