Eligibility As Per AAI Vacancy 2026
Nationality / Domicile: Only Indian Nationals who are domiciles of Chandigarh, Delhi, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Leh Ladakh, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, and Uttarakhand are eligible.
Qualification – Graduate / Diploma: Candidates must possess a full-time (regular) four-year degree or three-year (regular) diploma in Engineering in the above-mentioned streams, recognized by AICTE, Government of India.
Qualification – ITI Trade: Candidates must possess an ITI/NCVT certificate in Computer Operator Programming Assistant (COPA) and Steno trades from institutions recognized by AICTE, Government of India.
Year of Passing: Candidates who passed their degree/diploma in or after 2022 are eligible.
Previous Apprenticeship: Candidates who have already completed or terminated their apprenticeship midway, or are currently pursuing apprenticeship in other organizations or in AAI with the same qualification level, are NOT eligible.
Job Experience: Candidates who have already undergone apprenticeship training/job experience for a period of 1 year or more after attaining the essential qualification are NOT eligible.
Candidates applying for more than one discipline will not be considered and their application will be rejected.
Salary Of AAI Job Vacancy 2026
Graduate (Degree) Apprentices: Rs. 15,000 per month
AAI Share: Rs. 10,500
Government Share (through DBT): Rs. 4,500
Technical (Diploma) Apprentices: Rs. 12,000 per month
AAI Share: Rs. 8,000
Government Share (through DBT): Rs. 4,000
Trade Apprentices (ITI): Rs. 9,600 per month
