DTE MP MCA Admission 2025

 

The Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) of Madhya Pradesh Government has started filling the DTE MP MCA Registration & counseling forms for the year 2025-26 for admission in Master of Computer Application course in government, autonomous, grant-in-aid committee and private institutions located in Madhya Pradesh. Counseling forms will be filled through MP Online portal.

 

DTE MP MCA Registration

• The seats will be allotted based on the candidate’s choices filled during MP Master of Computer Application 2025 counselling registration, merit and availability of seats.
• Candidates who will be allotted seats through MP Master of Computer Application admission 2025 will have to report to the allotted institute for document verification.
• The documents will be verified only after the MP Master of Computer Application 2025 seat allotment is done.
• Candidates will be able to check their MP Master of Computer Application 2025 seat allotment result by logging into the counselling portal using their application number and date of birth.
• The authority will also conduct a separate institute level MP Master of Business Administration counselling 2025.
• During this counselling process candidates will have to register and report to the institute for counselling and seat allotment of MP Master of Computer Application 2025.

Admission Process of DTE MP MCA Registration & Counseling 2025

The detailed procedure of MP Master of Computer Applications 2025 counselling and seat allotment is explained below.

Online Off campus Admission Procedure:

If the decision to conduct online off campus counselling for a particular course is taken by the State Government, the competent authority declared by the State Government for this purpose will finalise the detailed schedule and make it available on its website declaring the procedure of admission and deferred cut-off dates. The procedure for online off campus counselling will be followed as per the regulation published in the MP Government Gazette dated 31st July, 2009 (as amended).

Admission against Non Resident Indian Seats:

Institutions which get permission from AICTE, New Delhi for 5% NRI seats of total admission capacity. Admissions to these NRI seats will be done as per the rules published in the Gazette of MP Government dated 19th May 2011, “Admissions (Reservation for Non-Resident Indians in AICTE Approved Courses) Regulations, 2011”.

Conversion of vacant non – resident Indian seats:

The vacant NRI seats will be merged with MP domicile candidate seats by the competent authority, and these seats will be filled by the competent authority as per the procedure for filling MP domicile candidate seats.

General Information of Admission – Admission to MP domicile candidate seats, All India seats, Jammu & Kashmir resident/foreigner seats will be done through counseling on the basis of common merit list prepared on the basis of MCA qualifying examination.

Note – 1. Candidates having equal marks will be given preference over older candidates. If the marks obtained and age are same then merit will be decided on the basis of English alphabetical order of the name of the candidate.
2. All such candidates who have passed the qualifying examination with grace marks are also eligible for admission, but grace marks will also not be included for minimum percentage condition mentioned above.

3. All such candidates whose mark sheets of qualifying examination are to be converted into grades on the basis of grading system, are required to mark their mark sheets as per the conversion formula mentioned above.

The schedule of counselling will be published in various newspapers and will also be available on the website of Competent Authority/Director of Technical Education, M.P. Bhopal i.e. (https//dte.mponline.gov.in). No separate call letter will be sent to the candidates.

The original documents submitted by the candidates during the counselling process will be verified with the original documents and the original documents will be returned to the candidates. However, candidates are not required to submit such original documents to the admitted institutes.

Institute transfer will not be permitted in the first year of the course. Admission to the first year will be completed on or before the last date declared by the competent authority.

 

Seat Allotment Process

The officials will allot seats to the candidates who will complete all the formalities in the counselling round. Once the candidates are allotted a seat in one of the institutes offering MCA, they have to contact the respective institute/college and go through all the steps mentioned by the admission committee of the college to confirm their admission. Candidates have to deposit the admission fee through the available online mode to complete the admission process. The institutes on their part will update the admission of the candidates on the official website.

The seat allotment process in the MCA programme offered by various MCA offering institutes in the state of Madhya Pradesh will be done on the basis of the seat reservation policy prescribed by the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Bhopal.
