Customer Service – Providing the best service to customers according to their financial needs.

Business Development – Increasing the wallet share of existing customers and adding new customers by providing 360-degree banking solutions that meet the needs of the customers.

360 Degree Banking – Collaborating with the bank’s offer product team to offer products to the internal team.

Improving Portfolio Quality – Maintaining the portfolio with the Fair to the Bank, Fair to the Customer philosophy.

 

Educational Qualification 

MBA or graduation degree.

Must have 1-10 years of experience in relationship management, business development.

Good written and oral communication.

Skill to work with more than one team.

Quality of monitoring industry trends with market sense.
