Job Description
Job Description: Accountant-cum-Office AssistantWe are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant-cum-Office Assistant to manage daily accounting activities and provide administrative support for smooth office operations.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain books of accounts, vouchers, invoices and financial records.
- Record daily sales, purchases, receipts, payments and expenses.
- Handle billing, bank reconciliation and petty cash.
- Prepare basic financial reports and assist with monthly account closing.
- Support GST, TDS and other statutory compliance documentation.
- Follow up with customers and vendors regarding payments.
- Manage emails, phone calls, filing and office correspondence.
- Maintain employee attendance and administrative records.
- Coordinate with vendors, banks, auditors and other service providers.
- Perform general office duties as assigned.
- Candidate RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles, GST and TDS.
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, MS Word and email communication.
- Good organisational, communication and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Fresh graduates may apply; relevant experience is preferred.
