MP MBA Registration 2026

 

MP MBA Admission 2026 – Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) Government of Madhya Pradesh has started filling the counselling forms for the year 2026-2027 for admission in Master of Business Administration course in government, autonomous, grant-in-aid committee and private institutions located in Madhya Pradesh from 02 July 2026. Counselling forms will be filled through MP Online portal.

 

DTE MP MBA Registration 

• The seats will be allotted based on the candidate’s choices filled during MP Master of Business Administration 2026 counselling registration, merit and availability of seats.
• Candidates who will be allotted seats through MP Master of Business Administration admission 2026 will have to report to the allotted institute for document verification.
• The documents will be verified only after the MP Master of Business Administration 2026 seat allotment is done.
• Candidates will be able to check their MP Master of Business Administration 2026 seat allotment result by logging into the counselling portal using their application number and date of birth.
• The authority will also conduct a separate institute level MP Master of Business Administration counselling 2026.
• During this counselling process candidates will have to register and report to the institute for counselling and seat allotment of MP Master of Business Administration 2026.

Admission Procedure Of MP MBA Admission 2026

The detailed procedure of MP Master of Business Administration 2026 counselling and seat allotment is explained below.

Online Off campus Admission Procedure:

The competent authority declared by the State Government for online off campus counselling will finalise the detailed schedule and make it available on its website announcing its procedure, process of admission and deferred cut off dates. The procedure for online off campus counselling will be followed as per the regulation published in the MP Government Gazette dated 15th April, 2008 (as amended) for online off campus counselling.

Admission against Non Resident Indian Seats:

Institutions which get permission from AICTE, New Delhi for 5% NRI seats of total admission capacity. Admission to these seats will be done as per the rule “Admission (Reservation for NRIs in AICTE. Approved Courses) Regulation, 2011” published in MP Official Gazette dated 19th May 2011 for admission to NRI seats.

Conversion of vacant non – resident Indian seats:

The vacant NRI seats i.e. unfilled NRI seats will be merged with MP resident candidate seats by the competent authority before the commencement of centralized counseling.

Conducting of Common Entrance Test –

An entrance examination will be conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for Common Affiliate affiliation.

MBA & ALLIED COURSES (Full Time) –

• Admission to Management and selection for the entrance test “Common Strategist Test” (CMAT 2026) will be conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA).
• Common Merit Lists – Preparation of Common Merit List of CMAT 2026 by National Testing Agency (NTA) on the basis of marks obtained in the Common Entrance Examination and marks obtained in the Entrance Examination. Common Merit List will be provided by the Admission Counselling Authority National Testing Agency (NTA).
• General Information of Admission – Admission for MBA admission to MP Domicile Candidate seats, All India seats, Jammu & Kashmir Resident/Foreign seats will be done through counselling on the basis of Common Merit List provided by National Testing Agency (NTA) of CMAT 2026. Common Ranking List declared by National Testing Agency (NTA) through counselling will be given. Schedule of counselling will be published in various newspapers and also available on the website of Competent Authority/Commissioner of Technical Education, M.P. Bhopal i.e. https://dte.mponline.gov.in No separate call letter will be sent to the candidates.

 

Original Documents –

• The documents submitted by the candidates during the counselling process will be verified with the original documents and the original documents will be returned to the candidates. However, candidates should not submit such original documents to the approved institutes.
• Transfer of institute during the course will not be permitted.
• Admission to the first year will be completed on or before the date declared by the competent authority in the final year.

 

MP MBA Admission Reservation Policy 2026

• The Madhya Pradesh Entrance Examination Board strictly follows the state government reservation policies for MBA admissions for candidates under state quota or domicile quota.
• For management quota admissions in private MBA colleges, the state government reservation policies do not apply in the MBA admission process.
