Eligibility As Per MPMRCL Vacancy 2026

Essential Qualification: Candidates must hold a B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a Government-recognized university or institute.

Work Experience Required: Candidates should have knowledge and working experience in Metro/Railways/RRTS/High Speed Railway Infrastructure projects. Preference is given to candidates with experience in underground transport tunnels, underground stations, and cross passages using TBM/NATM/Cut & Cover methods in Metro/Railways/RRTS/High Speed Railway Infrastructure projects. Candidates should be well versed with activities across the project life cycle, including:

 

Salary Of MP Metro Job Vacancy 2026

General Manager	E-8	Contract	₹1,20,000 – 2,80,000 (IDA)
		Deputation	Parent pay plus Deputation Allowances & other applicable allowances OR pay & allowances of MPMRCL as per rules of the corporation
		Re-employment	Consolidated pay for retired officers: Retired from Level 14 – ₹1,65,900/- per month, plus other applicable allowances
Additional General Manager	E-7	Contract	₹1,00,000 – 2,60,000 (IDA)
		Deputation	Parent pay plus Deputation Allowances & other applicable allowances OR pay & allowances of MPMRCL as per rules of the corporation
		Re-employment	Consolidated pay for retired officers: Retired from Level-13A – ₹1,42,300/- per month; Retired from Level-13 – ₹1,27,400/- per month, plus other applicable allowances
