- B.Sc. (Chemistry) with Physics + NCVT AO(CP) Trade Certificate OR Diploma in Chemical Engineering/Technology + 1 Year BOAT Training OR 3½ / 4 Years Sandwich Diploma in Chemical Engineering
- Minimum 55% Marks (50% for SC/ST).
Salary Of RCFL Job Vacancy 2026
Training Period: Rs. 22,000/- per month
After Training: Rs. 22,000 – 60,000/-
Approx. Salary: Rs. 47,800/- per month
Other Benefits: Medical, Accommodation, PRP, CPF, Insurance

Selection Process Of Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers Limited Recruitment
Computer Based Online Objective Type Test (100 questions, 90 minutes, 200 marks with negative marking).
Document Scrutiny of provisionally shortlisted candidates (1:7 ratio).
Skill Test (Qualifying nature – 100 marks, minimum 60 marks required, 55 for SC/ST).
Final Selection on the basis of Online Test marks (100% weightage). Skill Test is qualifying only.
Pre-Employment Medical Examination.
