Role & Responsibilities
- Respond in a professional and timely manner to various customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints through channels such as phone or email and ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate and helpful information, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems.
- Engage with customers and understand their needs by utilizing excellent communication skills.
- Effectively collaborate with internal cross-functional teams, like Sales, Technical Support, and Operations, to address customer issues and provide seamless service. Share customer feedback, insights, and suggestions for improvement with relevant departments.
Remote Work Setup
Maintain a professional and distraction-free workspace at home with a reliable internet connection, 6-8GB RAM, power back up and suitable equipment and necessary software tools to perform daily tasks efficiently.
